Child Pornography: (1) Material depicting a person under the age of 18 engaged in sexual activity. (2) Child pornography is not protected by the First Amendment- even if it falls short of the legal standard for obscenity – and those directly involved in its distribution can be criminally punished. Pimping / Pandering: (1) The act or offense of recruiting a prostitute, finding a place of business for a prostitute, or soliciting customers for a prostitute. (2) The act or offense of selling or distributing textual or visual material (such as magazines or videotapes) openly advertised to appeal to the recipient’s sexual interest.

Pornography: (1) Material (such as writings, photographs, or movies) depicting sexual activity or erotic behavior in a way that is designed to arouse sexual excitement. Statutory Rape: Unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under the age of consent (as defined by statute), regardless of whether it is against that person’s will. (2) Generally, only an adult may be convicted of this crime.
